DEFENDERS Outbound Sales Analyst in INDIANAPOLIS, Indiana

Overview

Job Summary:

The Outbound Sales Analyst (OSO) will be responsible for driving the overall productivity and effectiveness of the digital and winback sales organization. The OSO will maintain and manage data and reporting, as well as lead all initiatives to drive visionary productivity and effectiveness, working closely across the organization (including finance, accounting, and marketing).

Responsibilities

Essential Functions:

  • Grow sales volume and improve the cost per sale efficiency of the outbound sales teams by establishing scalable processes, business requirements, and data governance requirements

  • Lead the use of predictive models using Jornaya’s library of data to identify high-intent consumers within lead flows and assist with purchasing decisions and lead prioritization

  • Ownership of the dialer process, who we dial, when we dial and at what times to increase sales yield and monitor real-time performance

  • Produce standardized and ad-hoc analyses predicting the quality of our outbound leads with hundreds of LeadiD data points via SQL and Excel

  • Monitor the accuracy and efficient distribution of sales reports and other intelligence essential to the sales organization

  • Take initiative and uses a structured, analytical approach to problem solving and looks for process improvement opportunities

  • Lead change by working across the organization, consistently challenging the status quo and drives process improvement and accuracy across this segment of the organization

  • Create, maintain and refine comprehensive documentation on operations processes

  • Lead weekly performance meetings with sales, marketing and finance teams

  • In partnership with the Finance and Workforce team, coordinate sales planning, forecasting and the budgeting processes

Qualifications

Background & Education:

Education : Bachelor’s Degree

Skills/Background :

  • Proven ability to develop and manage a detailed project plan

  • Collaborative team player who enjoys working in a fast paced, deadline oriented environment

  • Be an Excel super user (Macros, VBA, indexing, v-lookups, advanced IF statements, arrays, link to PowerPoint)

  • Experience running queries (SQL) against multiple databases

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Possess strong business acumen and project management skills with an ability to make quick data-informed decisions

Minimum Years' Experience:

  • 3-5 years in sales operations or supporting sales leadership
