DEFENDERS Marketing Optimization Manager in Indianapolis, Indiana
This position is responsible for managing DEFENDERS’ Marketing Testing process. This includes pipeline management, test design, reporting, results analysis, and documentation. The ideal candidate has strong project management and analytical skills, with extensive experience in Direct Response marketing testing.
Create and manage testing pipeline across all marketing channels.
Collaborate with Channel Managers to generate and evaluate test ideas.
Conduct feasibility analysis on test ideas, and prioritize the pipeline.
Own test design (hypothesis, program/campaign selection, KPIs, sample size requirements).
Collaborate with cross-functional leaders on executing tests that impact other departments.
Produce daily/weekly reporting to monitor active tests.
Provide summary analysis upon test completion, with recommendations of next steps.
Catalog test results, and share learnings with senior leadership team.
Build systems to continually improve DEFENDERS’ testing processes.
Identify, implement, and administer tools to support testing processes.
Coordinate cross-channel testing strategy.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or equivalent business discipline.
Extensive direct response marketing testing experience.
Experience with managing project and systems.
Experience with Business Objects, or similar BI package.
Experience with SQL or other database tools is preferred, but not require
Experience with statistical calculations and methods.
Excellent organizational and priority management sk
Professional verbal and written communication skills.
Minimum Years' Experience: 5 years’ experience with direct response marketing testing.
